Here I am brave enough to join along with kootoyoo and her crafty tribe. I have been dabbling a bit with crochet chains and re learning stitches from my early childhood. Just thought making some home made dishcloths would be a good start. As with any beginner getting the tension and finishing off right seems to be the hard part.
I am very excited about my vintage finds with this outdoor setting. I found the table at a garage sale about 6 months ago and have been on the lookout for some cheap chairs that would match. Yesterday drove past a seconds shop and did a double take. Asked best price and got a good deal. Really happy how they blend together.
It has been raining here a lot but there has been little pockets of sunshine that make the autumn leaves glimmer.
Have a lovely thursday.

J'adore le crochet!:-)
Great find! Centsational girl has lots of good tips if you are wanting to paint them - but they look great as they are too!
Its almost too pretty to be a dishcloth :-) Beautiful, autumny photos.
Crochet dishcloths are such a fun crochet project to get back into the hooking. Enjoy your finished project, it's looking very pretty so far. :)
I've been crocheting up a storm as well. Those chairs are spot on perfect - what a great find.
Gorgeous crochet. And my jaw is on the floor at those autumny landscape pics...

....those chairs....tres chic, make regular visits to that shop!
You have a great way of putting it all together Jill, I'm also making dishcloths, inspired by Rhonda, however I'm knitting as I have never learned to crochet! Think I'll find a group and learn.
