the boy

I know this is my second post today but I have been wanting to document how our baby has turned into a little boy.  There has been an awakening of his consciousness.  Listening to the meaning of what is being said and chatting it back to us.  He is such a clown and loves making us laugh.  Cheeky.  I am relieved.  I think the baby daze of motherhood I was often scared.  Scared of him.  Have you ever felt that way?

I love doing sloppy kisses  all over his squishy cheeks.

I think he is going to be fast runner, like his Mummy and Daddy.

ps I am not responsible for how he is dressed now days  Trackie - dack buddies they are.

No shame.

He has grown up so much in the last three months hasn't he! I can see the knowing in his eyes too.

Wow, looked at this wonderful little boy!! I think during the first year we do a LOT of giving to our babies, and they do a LOT of taking and growing. It is scary!

But then they get older and the person emerges and smile and laughs and runs and you think ah, this is my little person, my baby. Yay!

What a boy you have there!!

What a style beacon, he looks like he's ready to fend off the paparazzi with his big glasses and 'rocking' look.

Happy day!

Hi Jill,

Oh this baby/boy is just too cool! His personality is written all over him, I love the first photo, he seems to be saying, I'm here and all is good. How do you get to be so casual with the glasses and slung over bag? ! Love the way he's hugging that ball too, look out world I'm coming!Yes, it can be very scary navigating the way when they are little, but thank heavens there is flexibility in the mix as well.

Thankyou for taking us with you to the Hill, it's been a privilege to share it all with you, see you safely at home.
Bon Voyage

Hello, and thanks for popping over to my blog recently. Nice to find another fellow crochet lover who has chosen the same career path and all the resultant tugs in every direction. I have not outed myself on the blog though as Briz is too small! Your little dude is very cute and yes when they can talk the fun all begins. Enjoy every minute and I look forward to see where your job takes you next. melx

Look at Che in those photos, just too cute for words. He looks quite a little character. I'm glad he is a cheeky one too.
I dreamt that I was driving around Broken Hill last night looking for your home. Such a vivid dream, it stayed with me all day. I never found you in the dream but I believe I must have been looking for you to thank you for the lovely tea towels you sent me. Thanks guys it was a sweet surprise in the post box. Really kind of you. X
Safe traveling & happy settling into your next home.

What a handsome little man! I guess I'll just dream of the day a little boy will be sent our way and I'll be able to make these cute little ties.
